Wren has been in the property management business for a decade and has personally managed dozens of rental properties and oversaw the sale of numerous properties in the Charleston area. With his professional expertise and longstanding roots in the community, Wren prides himself on his relationships with area vendors and contractors. His handyman know-how is invaluable for simple repairs that save clients money.

A Lowcountry native, Wren personally oversees and evaluates every property maintenance or repair project to ensure quality. He is the personal point-of-contact for each Fogle + Associates client.

As a licensed charter fishing boat captain for 20 years, Wren developed an ability to keep all kinds of folks happy, thanks to his easygoing approach and jump-in-and-get-it-done attitude. Those well-honed people skills are what make him a successful property manager.
